Job Title: SAP FICO Consultant
Position: Senior Software Engineer
Experience: 4 – 7 Years

We are seeking an experienced SAP FICO Consultant with 3–5 years of hands-on experience in SAP Finance and Controlling modules. The ideal candidate should have a solid understanding of financial business processes and configuration knowledge of SAP FI and CO submodules.

Qualification:
Bachelor’s degree in finance, Commerce, or Computer Science (MBA Finance preferred).

Your future duties and responsibilities:

Responsibilities:
• Work with business users to gather requirements and translate them into functional specifications.
• Perform configuration, testing, and support for SAP FICO modules (FI – GL, AP, AR, AA; CO – CCA, PCA, COPA).
• Support month-end and year-end financial closing activities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for integration with other SAP modules (MM, SD, HR, etc.).
• Handle issue resolution through tickets and change requests.
• Assist in system upgrades, rollouts, and enhancement projects

Required qualifications to be successful in this role:

Must-Have Skills:
• Strong knowledge of SAP FICO configuration and end-to-end process flow.
• Expertise in General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Asset Accounting, and Cost Center Accounting.
• Hands-on experience with financial reporting and integration with MM/SD.
• Strong understanding of business process mapping and financial data flows.
• Experience in support and implementation projects.

Good-to-Have Skills:
• Exposure to S/4HANA Finance environment.
• Basic knowledge of interfaces/integration with third-party tools or BTP/CPI.
• Experience in global template rollouts or multi-country implementations.
• Good communication and stakeholder management skills
