Salesforce QA Analyst- 12-month term position

Position Description:

We are seeking a detail-oriented Salesforce QA / Integration Tester to support Salesforce implementation and integration initiatives. The ideal candidate will have experience with Salesforce testing, Salesforce-to-Salesforce integrations using the Salesforce connector, and a solid understanding of Financial Services Cloud (FSC), core Salesforce objects such as Leads and Opportunities, and Salesforce security fundamentals.

Your future duties and responsibilities:

. Create and execute functional, regression, integration, and UAT test cases for Salesforce features and releases.
. Perform integration testing, including Salesforce-to-Salesforce integrations using the Salesforce connector.
. Conduct end-to-end testing across Salesforce and integrated systems (APIs, middleware, core banking/operations systems).
. Validate Salesforce functionality, including Leads, Opportunities, and related CRM workflows.
. Validate Salesforce configurations such as flows, validation rules, Lightning pages, custom objects, and Apex logic.
. Verify data flow, field mappings, and system interactions during integration processes.
. Ensure configurations comply with Salesforce security fundamentals and best practices.
. Review user stories and acceptance criteria to ensure complete test coverage.
. Document and track defects through resolution and maintain test artifacts in tools such as Jira, TestRail, or Zephyr.
. Collaborate with developers, Salesforce administrators, product owners, and business teams to identify defects and ensure quality releases.
. Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to continuous improvement of QA processes.

Required qualifications to be successful in this role:

. 3–7 years of QA experience, including 2+ years testing Salesforce applications.
. Hands on experience with automation testing
. Strong Salesforce platform knowledge and experience working within the Salesforce ecosystem.
. Experience testing Salesforce integrations, including Salesforce-to-Salesforce integrations using the Salesforce connector.
. Experience testing core Salesforce objects such as Leads and Opportunities.
. Familiarity with Financial Services Cloud (FSC) functionality.
. Expertise in functional and integration testing.
. Knowledge of Salesforce security fundamentals (profiles, permissions, access controls).
. Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Preferred Qualifications

. Hands-on experience with Financial Services Cloud (FSC) implementations.
. Familiarity with Interaction Summary functionality in Salesforce.

Certifications (Preferred)

. Salesforce Administrator (ADM-201)
. ISTQB Foundation Level

CGI is providing a reasonable estimate of the pay range for this role. The determination of this range includes factors such as skill set level, geographic market, experience and training, and licenses and certifications. Compensation decisions depend on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $55,000–$105,000. This role is an existing vacancy.
