Sales Operations Trainee
We are now looking for an enthusiastic and eager-to-learn Sales Operations Trainee to support the development of our business sales and drive add-on sales growth.

As a Sales Operations Trainee, you will contribute to supporting and developing sales throughout the entire sales process. You will work closely with business leaders, sales teams, and sales management. Your responsibilities include:
• Analyze CRM data and generate insights that support our add-on, renewals and new sales.
• Produce clear reports and visualizations for business needs.
• Support sales management and business leaders in planning and monitoring sales activities.
• Prepare materials for sales-support forums.
• Participate in the development of processes, metrics, and sales practices.
• Help identify new opportunities from data and turn findings into concrete actions.

In this role, you will combine analytics, business understanding, and sales – gaining an excellent vantage point into CGI’s customer relationships and sales processes.
In this role, you will join an experienced Sales Operations team and work closely with various business units.

The role requires on-site presence at our Helsinki office on Karvaamokuja.

What we expect from you
This role is suitable for someone in the final stages of their studies or a recent graduate in business education who wants to develop their career path in sales support roles and data utilization. We are looking for Trainee who enjoys working with people.

• Basic skills in Excel, reporting, and/or data visualization
