CGI is seeking a mid-level sales support professional with significant Trade Finance experience to join our highly successful Trade360 Sales Support Team to help drive the expansion of our growing global trade finance and supply chain business. As a CGI Sales Analyst, you will be part of a fast paced global sales support team working with major banks around the world. This involves working closely and collaboratively with our sales support team, sales teams, prospective client banks, and a cross section of CGI Trade and Supply Chain staff from delivery, product, development and operations.

Your future duties and responsibilities

• Proposal response and coordination (RFP-RFI)
• Demo offering to clients and prospects
• Training (internal and external)
• Coordinate sales events and meetings
• Client/Prospect communications (written/verbal)
• Internal Reporting
• Marketing Pipeline- reporting/maintenance
• Maintain the Marketing System
• Create and maintain sales presentations, guides and collateral

Required qualifications to be successful in this role
• Global Trade Finance and Supply Chain Business Sales Support (4 years of Trade Finance and Supply Chain experience required)

• Proven Organizational skills- Time Management

• Superior oral and written communication skills, including presentation skills.

• Willingness to commit to the growth and success of the Trade and Supply Chain Solutions group, working closely with the sales teams, relationship managers globally, and the Trade and Supply Chain to do so.

• Proven ability to collaboratively work with sales teams.

• Proven collaborative approach to working with co-workers at all levels

• An analytical and creative approach to problem solving.

• Comfortable in a dynamic work environment where individual initiative and accountability is a given.

• Ability to thrive in a fast paced work environment requiring the flexibility to re-prioritize activities as event unfold.

• Intermediate user of Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel.

• Live in proximity to a CGI office.
