Your future duties and responsibilities:

.Design, develop, and support SailPoint IdentityIQ / IdentityNow solutions to manage user identities and access across enterprise systems.

.Implement and customize identity lifecycle management processes including joiner, mover, and leaver (JML) workflows.

.Configure and manage access certifications, access reviews, and role-based access controls (RBAC).

Develop and maintain connectors, rules, workflows, and policies for integrating SailPoint with target applications.

Perform user provisioning and de-provisioning automation for on-prem and cloud applications.

Customize SailPoint using Java, Beanshell, XML, and REST APIs.

Integrate SailPoint with Active Directory, LDAP, HR systems, and business applications.

Support password management, single sign-on (SSO), and authentication integrations where applicable.

Troubleshoot and resolve SailPoint-related issues, perform root cause analysis, and optimize performance.

Ensure compliance with SOX, GDPR, ISO, and internal security policies through effective identity governance.

Collaborate with security, compliance, and application teams to gather IAM requirements and deliver secure solutions.

Participate in SailPoint upgrades, patches, and environment migrations.

Prepare technical documentation and support audit activities.

Required qualifications to be successful in this role:

Must Have Skills:
.   3 to 8 years of hands-on Banking-Payments experience
.   6 to 8 years of hands-on  SailPoint Testing automation experience
.   3 experience on Java Selenium and UI Automation
.   2 to 5 years of experience in Banking domain
.  Hands-on experience JIRA – JTMF
