Come work with the client Remedy group within ITSM, coach existing team, create templates, perform Remedy change management, promote into Production, and use Remedy support tools
Your future duties and responsibilities
We are seeking a Remedy expert, with experience in:
- Remedy change management
- Remedy support tool
- Remedy templates
- Promotion into Remedy production environment
- Coach/mentor in Remedy
Required qualifications to be successful in this role
- Post secondary education or equivalent experience;
- Excellent investigative and analytical skills
- Strong interpersonal and listening skills
- Strong problem solving skills
- Ability to adapt quickly, to multi-task and to work under tight deadlines
- Ability to communicate orally and in written form with both business and technical audiences
- Experience working on IT projects and in a team environment
