The Quantitative Data Intelligence (QDI) team is responsible for providing data, insights, and analysis to internal stakeholders. The team focuses on building robust data pipelines and delivering actionable reports and dashboards, supporting informed decision-making processes. The team handles multiple stages of data processing, including data feed industrialization, ETL, data warehousing, and data visualization, working closely with business users.
Your future duties and responsibilities:
Main Tasks
Data Visualization:
Design and develop interactive dashboards and reports using Tableau
Ensure dashboards are user-friendly, visually appealing, and meet business requirements
Data Management:
Collaborate with data engineers and analysts to ensure data accuracy, integrity, and availability
Handle large datasets, perform data cleansing, and optimize data queries for performance
Stakeholder Collaboration:
Engage with stakeholders to gather data requirements and deliver tailored solutions
Conduct training sessions and workshops to facilitate dashboard adoption
Maintenance and Support:
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to dashboards and reports
Continuously monitor and improve the performance of existing dashboards
Documentation:
Maintain comprehensive documentation of dashboards, reports, and data sources
Stay up to date with the latest features and best practices in data visualization
Required qualifications to be successful in this role:
Skills
Education:
Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Science, or related fields
Technical Skills:
Proficiency in Tableau Desktop and Tableau Server
Strong SQL skills and experience with databases (e.g., MS SQL Server, PostgreSQL, Oracle)
Understanding of data warehousing concepts and ETL processes
Experience in data analysis with programming, preferably Python (Pandas)
Knowledge of additional BI tools (e.g., Power BI, QlikView) is a plus
Analytical Skills:
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to interpret complex data and generate valuable insights
Communication Skills:
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences
Fluent in English
Other Skills:
Detail-oriented with strong focus on data accuracy
Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects
Familiarity with agile methodologies and project management tools
Knowledge of specific domains is a plus
