Project Support Analyst (French)

Job description

Position Description:

CGI is looking for Project Support Analyst who is fluent in French and English language.

Your future duties and responsibilities:

- Support in knowledge management and content maintenance.
- Coordinate with leadership in content development by making exact changes in official documents related to policies and standards
- Create and update job aids, guidelines, or manuals
- Manipulate and present data in a comprehensible form in MS Word and Excel
- Generate/develop reports and dashboards as required
- Prepare administrative reports and perform other functions as may be required by the Operational Lead and Manager

Required qualifications to be successful in this role:

- Excellent oral and written communication skills both in English and French
- Bachelor's Degree in any field
- Fresh or newly graduates are welcome to apply
- Excellent attention to detail, organizational, and time management skill
- Ability to work on own with minimal supervision, as well as in a team environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools: Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint
- Willingness to work on mid shift (3pm to 12am PHT) and hybrid working arrangement (Mckinley, Taguig)
