Position Description
As a Process Analyst, you will be part of a 10-member PMO organization that supports multiple large and globally distributed product development teams The Process Analyst will use process, quality, and compliance skills to effectively oversee and guide the supported teams The position offers a unique blend of autonomy and co-dependence. All team members are empowered to make judgement calls and decisions, but lean on each other for experience, advice, or institutional memory and to ensure consistency in policies and procedures.

Your future duties and responsibilities
Responsibilities include:
- Develop and maintain standardized processes that are effective, efficient, compliant, and accurate for teams using Waterfall, Agile and hybrid methodologies. Design tailoring guidelines that provide the ability to customize processes based on team needs.
- Regularly assess compliance against applicable requirements through the most appropriate means (e.g. audits, compliance checks, assessments, etc.). Where necessary, work with management to identify remediation plans to bring them back into compliance and oversee execution of the plan.
- Provide on-going support within the organization to ensure readiness for CMMI, ISO and Quality System Audits. Review and disseminate results, following up on action items and remediation for areas requiring improvement.
- Work independently to help teams assess and bridge gaps to achieve CMMI or ISO certifications. Work with teams to define or map processes to the quality frameworks, mentor the teams to compliance and ultimately shepherd the teams through the external assessment audit to gain certifications. Prior experience in leading an organization in gaining CMMI L3.
- Assist projects with startup and closeout activities. Provide guidance on the proper use of processes throughout the project lifecycle.
- Communicate standards, guidelines, processes, and procedures throughout the organization to facilitate compliance. Collaborate across the organization to oversee the development and roll-out of new and/or revised processes.
- Create and disseminate metrics and management reports. Content should be accurate, on-time, business-focused, professional, concise, and audience-appropriate. Work with developers to design, test and deploy metrics reports.
- Support the adoption of tools such as Jira and development methodologies such as Agile
- Work with management to identify improvements and initiatives that support the strategic goals of the organization, adjusting and re-aligning the priorities as business needs change. Lead new process initiatives and improvements within the organization, working to strike a balance between what is required, the anticipated benefit, the estimated cost, and the associated risk.

Required qualifications to be successful in this role
• Experience in process, quality, audit, and/or compliance
• Proficient in the design and maintenance of high quality process documentation
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills at all levels of the organization
• Collaborative spirit and persistence to work on long-term initiatives and goals
• Strong analysis and problem solving skills
• Ability to lead the development and roll-out of new and/or revised processes
• Microsoft Office skills (Word, Powerpoint, Excel, Project etc.)
• Knowledge of frameworks such as CMMI, and ISO.

Education:
Bachelors Degree

Desired Skills:

• Knowledge of CGI Management Foundation
• Knowledge of industry standards such as ITIL, COBIT, PMBOK, etc
• Project Management
• Understanding of Software Support and Development methodologies
