We are looking for Principal Business Consulting to lead enterprise-wide transformation and advisory engagements. In role, you will work closely with business and technology leaders to design and implement solutions that improve performance, enhance customer experience, and deliver measurable value.

The ideal candidate will combine deep business consulting expertise with a strong understanding of technology-enabled transformation — spanning data, AI, cloud, and emerging digital platforms. As a trusted advisor, you will help clients navigate disruption, solve complex challenges and deliver value through innovation and operational excellence.

Your future duties and responsibilities:

. Lead business transformation programs that align strategy, technology, and operations to deliver sustainable value.
. Advise senior executives on transformation strategies that enhance agility, performance, and customer experience.
. Design and implement target operating models and transformation roadmaps that integrate people, process, and technology.
. Guide organisations through digital transformation, leveraging data, AI, automation, and cloud to drive innovation and efficiency.
. Support business development by shaping consulting propositions and identifying opportunities for growth across key sectors.
. Represent CGI's point of view at executive forums, client briefings, and industry events through thought leadership and insight-led conversations.
. Mentor consultants and collaborate globally to share best practices, driving innovation and a culture of continuous improvement.

Required qualifications to be successful in this role:

. Extensive experience leading business transformation or management consulting engagements, ideally within a top-tier or global consulting firm.
. Proven track record of advising executives on strategic, operational, or digital transformation initiatives.
. Deep expertise in one or more areas such as enterprise transformation, operating model design, performance improvement, or digital strategy.
. Understanding of how latest technologies (AI, cloud, data, automation) can enable new ways of working and create business value.
. Strong business development and client relationship skills, with the ability to identify opportunities and grow long-term partnerships.
. Excellent leadership, facilitation, and communication skills, with the ability to engage both business and technical audiences.
. Experience working across multiple sectors such as financial services, utilities, or telecommunication is an advantage.
. Relevant qualifications in Business, Management, Economics, Technology, or related disciplines; postgraduate study (e.g., MBA) is desirable.
