PMO Administrative Assistant

Position Description
CGI Federal is seeking a PMO Admin Assistant to support our Program Management Office with general admin duties.

Your future duties and responsibilities
• Maintains and updates multiple SharePoint sites ensuring the accuracy of all data present
• Manages all candidate, clearance, and member tracking
• Produces both adhoc and routine reports from SharePoint as needed
• Assists with invoice management and bill reconciliation
• Assists with client deliverables
• Conducts timesheet audits ensuring that all support staff have submitted the required documents
• Stores and maintains organizational and policies, emails and documents as required
• Plans and coordinates meetings and conference room bookings as required by management
• Supports both in person and teleconference meetings by taking meeting minutes
• Timesheet exporting for client approval

Required qualifications to be successful in this role
Must be able to obtain a DOJ Public Trust security clearance
Must be able to pass a CGI Federal background investigation
Must have a HS diploma
2+ years of relevant experience preferred
