Due to the secure nature of the work that you will be involved in, all candidates must be eligible to obtain UK Security Clearance (SC).

Your future duties and responsibilities
CGI are actively looking to recruit a UK Security Clearable (SC) Performance Tester to work on a critical Central Government programme performing a number of test tasks, from analysis of results, test planning, performing test scripting (using a variety of tools), test execution, reporting and documentation. You will also need to support Automated Testing.

Required qualifications to be successful in this role
The successful candidate will need to be UK Security Clearable (SC), offer demonstrable experience in Performance testing and be a skilled in LoadRunner. We’re looking for someone with a technical background – a keen understanding of networking, databases, and infrastructure architectures for example – and adept at using a collection of Test tools (e.g. JMeter, LoadUI). A good degree of flexibility and versatility to pick up new technologies and good problem-solving ability are important, as are communication skills when speaking to technical and non-technical audiences alike. The ideal candidate will come from a structured background and any courses / ISTQB test qualifications would be advantageous.
