Position Description:

Job Responsibilities
Your main responsibilities as a Payroll Associate Consultant are as follows:

1. Payroll Preparation & Processing

. Independently prepares and validates payroll data for assigned partner groups, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
. Accurately execute payroll inputs including basic pay, overtime, holiday pay, night differential, allowances, bonuses, retroactive adjustments, and off‑cycle payments aligned with Philippine labor standards (e.g., holiday & overtime rules).
. Perform mandatory statutory deductions and contributions

 
2. Validation, Reconciliation & Compliance

. Conduct variance analysis, validation checks, and reconciliations of payroll components, ensuring compliance with payroll tax and contribution deadlines set by SSS, PhilHealth, Pag‑IBIG, and BIR.
. Ensure payroll records are audit‑ready, complete, and compliant with statutory requirements and data privacy laws.

 
3. Stakeholder Support & Issue Resolution

. Respond to routine payroll and payslip inquiries from partners and internal teams using clear, professional communication.
. Coordinate with HR, Finance, and Compliance partners to resolve discrepancies in contributions, tax withholdings, and salary calculations promptly.

 
4. Tracking, Reporting & Payroll Control

. Maintains payroll dashboards, trackers, and reports to monitor timelines, statutory cut‑offs, remittance schedules, and payroll processing completion.
. Supports continuous improvement efforts to ensure payroll accuracy and compliance with evolving Philippine regulations (e.g., tax updates, contribution changes).
