Position Description:

The CGI Payments program is a global program which includes the following CGI IP : All Payments (for processing High Value and Low value Payments), BESS ( for processing High value payments and handling SWIFT connectivity), CLS Manager ( for processing Continuous Link Payment), and CAS ( processing RTGS systems world-wide). The Payments Team is looking for a Junior Sales Support individual, ideally with Payments Operations/Wires/Sales experience.

Your future duties and responsibilities
• Set up and maintain a Base Demo system for All Payments. Set up customer Specific demos – working with the Business Analyst and the Business development team.
• Participate in Customer Specific Demos.
• Work with the All Payments team, develop and maintain Sales material that describes the general product and its specific functions.
• Ability to Travel 25%- 50%.

Required qualifications to be successful in this role
Required Skills:
• Understanding of Transaction processing systems, ability to follow detail/ complex instructions (required to set up and customize they demo system).
• Understanding of Photoshop and or other graphic creation applications.
• Prior Payments experience (2+ years) and strong oral/written communication skills).
• Understanding of a typical sales cycle
• Prior IP sales experience

• A motivated self-starter that is able to work independently, in teams and projects with limited supervision.
• Essential communication skills.
• Excellent interpersonal skills including the ability to work with diverse personality types.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Must be fluent in English.
