This role involves managing various marketing channels to generate website traffic. The Marketing Acquisition Specialist is responsible for devising acquisition strategies, primarily focusing on online channels such as SEO, SEA, affiliation, and retargeting, but occasionally also offline channels like print and media advertising

Your future duties and responsibilities:

-Building and Executing Outbound Marketing Campaigns:
-Optimizing Customer Acquisition Campaigns.You’ll optimize customer acquisition campaigns across various channels, including social media, paid search (SEO), email marketing, and more.
-Continuously analyze campaign performance data to identify areas for improvement.
-As part of best practices, you’ll test and experiment with new customer acquisition approaches.
-Stay informed about market trends and competitor strategies. Adapt your acquisition strategies based on this information.
-Handle database imports for events and acquire lists from list service firms. Ensure data is properly formatted and clean.
-your organization’s online brand image by managing reviews on platforms like Google and mobile applications.
-Contribute to the development and optimization of email marketing models. This includes crafting effective email content and improving open rates and click-through rates.
-Channel Selection.Identify advertising channels that primarily target Canadian SMEs (small and medium-sized enterprises), especially entrepreneurs and finance or HR managers.
-Be prepared for additional responsibilities as needed.

Required qualifications to be successful in this role:

- Hold a university degree in business, marketing, graphic design, or any related field.
- Minimum 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in brand marketing; agency experience is an asset.
- Very good knowledge of Microsoft Office suite programs.
- Familiarity with Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and Google Analytics.
- Excellent writing skills in French and English.
- Experience in a business-to-business (B2B) model (an asset).
- Experience in building and executing marketing campaigns.
- Experience with marketing automation platforms.
- Attention to detail with effective time management and planning skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Good verbal and written communication skills, in both French and English
