Education Qualification: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field or higher with minimum 14+ years of relevant experience.

Your future duties and responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the Business Intelligence team to deliver high-quality data-warehousing
and reporting solutions.
• Oversee the design, development, and implementation of data warehousing and report
development/conversion projects on cloud ETL/ELT solutions - Databricks, Snowflake,
Power BI and other report conversion & development efforts.
• Excellent project management skills, including planning, scheduling, and budgeting.
• Strong leadership and team management abilities – manage teams of 15 - 30 partners
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong experience as Scrum Master. Build strong commitment within the team to support
the appropriate team priorities.
• Strong agile/scrum development process experience.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills within distributed project teams across
multiple geographies
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered on time; within scope;
and within budget.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of data solutions.
• Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
• Identify and mitigate project risks and issues.
• Ensure compliance with data governance and security policies.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the team.
• Lead Team in solutions and proposals on data warehousing requirements.

Required qualifications to be successful in this role:

Must to have Skills-

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science; Information Technology; or a related field.
• At least 2-4 years of experience as a Technical Manager in data warehousing projects.
• Excellent project management skills; including planning; scheduling; and budgeting.
• Strong understanding of data warehousing concepts; ETL processes; and data modelling.
• Proficiency in data modelling, reporting, semantic models
• Proficiency in Databricks stack / Azure Databricks
• Strong agile/scrum development experience - Ability to Lead the delivery as a scrum master
• Experience in US Govt and State sector ERP solutions.
• Strong leadership and team management abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• Proficiency in one or more of cloud ETL solutions Databricks; Azure Data Factory; Snowflake, Reporting solutions like Power BI, Cognos, SAP BO
• Knowledge of data governance and security best practices.
• Experience in Agile or Scrum methodologies.
• Expertise in Python and/or PySpark.

Good to have Skills-

Experience building and delivering enterprise Agent AI frameworks for data engineering.
Sales/Business Consulting experience with US Govt. State & Federal domain.
Product Thinking.
Experience in driving innovations and automation across SDLC lifecyle.
