Qualification: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field or higher with minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
Lead Analyst - Oracle-SBC ECB Expert

The areas and resources concerned are as follows:

Provision of Teams services (IM, audio/video, document sharing, telephony)
Telephony federator (Oracle SBC/ECB) between all internal platforms: TEAMS-tel / trading telephony / call centers / retail telephony
SBC/ECB telephony routing core
Interface with all telephony systems (Teams, Unigy, Genesys, etc.)
Integration of subsidiaries

Maintenance of Oracle SBC – EBC infrastructures
Support for local infrastructures implemented in SG regions (EMEA, Asiapac, AMER, and India)
Implementation of infrastructure development and rationalization analyses: scoping of new requests and implementations
Monitoring of technical projects in complex environments as an expert (implementation, monitoring of deployed developments)
Technical and functional assistance (management of anomalies/problems, monitoring of updates to operating documents by projects, etc.)
Internal and external reporting

Expected deliverables:
MCO of existing resources
Analysis of the integration of new entities
Technical documentation (LLD, HLD, procedures)
Implementation of test specifications
Implementation of scripts
Production of migration processes and migration plan

Technical skills:
Oracle SBC – ECB
Hotline and call center resources (Odigo, Hotlines Teams, Heedify, Teams Phones)
Teams telephony
