Qualification: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field or higher with minimum 3 years of relevant experience.

Job Description:
Design, develop, and maintain test automation frameworks for CIAM components (authentication, SSO, MFA, user provisioning, etc.)
Collaborate with development, DevOps, and security teams to define test strategies and automation plans.
Validate user journeys for login flows, registration, password recovery, token issuance, etc.
Write integration and end-to-end test scripts using tools like Selenium, Postman, RestAssured, JMeter, or Cypress.
Test APIs (REST/GraphQL) and ensure identity-related endpoints are secure and performant.
Participate in CI/CD pipelines, integrating automated tests into the build and release cycle.
Analyze test failures and root causes; work closely with developers to resolve issues.
Ensure regulatory and compliance alignment (e.g., GDPR, CCPA) through security and privacy testing.

Required Skills & Experience:
3 to 4 years of experience in test automation or SDET roles.
2+ years of hands-on experience with CIAM platforms (e.g., ForgeRock, Okta, Azure AD B2C, Ping Identity, Auth0).
Expertise in Java, Python, or JavaScript for automation scripting.
Experience with API testing tools (Postman, RestAssured, SOAP UI).
Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools like Jenkins, Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions.
Familiarity with OAuth2.0, OpenID Connect, SAML, and JWT.
Understanding of access control models (RBAC, ABAC), SSO, and MFA flows.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Behavioural Competencies :
Proven experience of delivering process efficiencies and improvements
Clear and fluent English (both verbal and written)
Ability to build and maintain efficient working relationships with remote teams
Demonstrate ability to take ownership of and accountability for relevant products and services
Ability to plan, prioritize and complete your own work, whilst remaining a team player
Willingness to engage with and work in other technologies
