Job Duties and Responsibilities:

• Use Microsoft technologies to design, develop, and test new and existing applications from detailed business requirements;

• Use storyboarding, wireframes, predesigns and prototypes as applicable to prepare detailed and accurate specifications and estimates;

• Participate on code reviews and ensure standards are applied to each solution component.

Must Have Skills and Experience:

• Experience working on large and complex systems;

• Experience with integration between multiple systems;

• Effective writing skills in the documentation of technical requirements;

• Strong back-end or front-end development skills (C#, .NET, Windows Services, WebAPI, Angular, etc.);

• Strong database skills (SQL Server, SQL, database query optimisation, etc.).

Required Level of Education:

• Bachelor Degree in Computer Science and/or Business or diploma in IT and/or Business with equivalent IT experience

• Strong interpersonal skills

• Strong written and oral and comprehension communication skills

• Positive attitude

• Flexibility, self-motivated, and has the ability to give and receive feedback

• Ability to working effectively and collaboratively with others to achieve common goals

• Able to multitask effectively

• Have excellent time management, task planning and prioritization skills

• Able to adapt quickly to changing client requirements

• Ability to build strong relationships with clients and team member
