We are looking for an experienced Java Production Support to join our team. The ideal candidate should be passionate about coding and developing scalable and high-performance applications. You will work closely with our front-end developers, designers, and other members of the team to deliver quality solutions that meet the needs of our clients.
Qualification: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field or higher with minimum 3 years of relevant experience.

Your future duties and responsibilities:

• Design, develop and maintain Java with L3 support.
• Develop and implement efficient algorithms and data structures.
• Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.
• Identify and troubleshoot software defects and issues.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
• Participate in code reviews and ensure code quality and standards are met

Required qualifications to be successful in this role:

Exp : Java Production Support
Location : Bangalore Hyerabad and Chennai
Mandatory Skill :
• Knowledge of JBOSS Application server
• domain-host configuration/Model of EAP
• How to take the trace logs
• Concepts like remote queue, local queue e.t.c
• Core Java (Basic trouble shooting knowledge)
• Able to read the logs
• Able to understand the exception and what is the impact of it on application
• Knowledge on certificate renewals (root/intermediate/lift certificate e.t.c)
• How to procure certificates
• How to take thread dump
• Heap dump
• Memory dump
• Verifying garbage collection logs
• Unix and Linux commands to check logs
• Checking property files
• Shell scripting
• To fetch the data
• To trouble shoot slowness issues. Should be able to read the AWR Report
• Understand the concepts like index/Primary key
• Basic knowledge
• How to respond within SLA’s
• Engaging different stakeholders
• Knowledge on Dynatrace
• Knowledge on Ansible
• Domain knowledge of wire/SWIFT payments
