Infrastructure Engineer - Jackie Temple (Rob Hudson)

Position Description
One of our key programmes is currently undergoing a large technology refresh and we are looking for an Infrastructure Engineer to join this Reading based team.

Your future duties and responsibilities
Your role will revolve around updating some key infrastructure platforms into a Virtualised environment. Our technology stack is largely Windows based. Configuration development and infrastructure scripting to replay on production environments in situ elsewhere will be key so knowledge and experience in this field using MS DSC/Power Shell are essential.

Required qualifications to be successful in this role
Experience of VMWare, VSphere, Windows Server 2016 or Microsoft PowerShell and/or PowerShell DSC are essential requirements for this role.

Knowledge of Infrastructure Automation, SQL Server 2016, VEEAM and CISCO switching would be highly desirable.

Due to the secure nature of the programme and client, you will need to hold the highest level of UK Security Clearance for the role. If you do not hold this level of clearance currently you must be eligible and be prepared to go through this clearance. You should note that current Higher Level Clearance (DV) can take up to 12 months to be granted
