CGI’s Corporate Finance team is looking for a Financial System Administrator to help support and optimize our financial planning ecosystem. If you enjoy working at the intersection of finance, systems, and user support, this role offers the perfect mix. You'll join a collaborative team working with our core financial planning tools (primarily Hyperion Planning) and play a key role in supporting month end close, forecasting, and budgeting activities across the organization. Your future duties and responsibilities:

• Administer and update financial planning systems (Hyperion Planning).
• Maintain and develop financial reports (Financial Reporting Web Studio, Smart View).
• Support month end close, forecasts, and the annual budget cycle.
• Troubleshoot issues, ensure data accuracy, and maintain system stability.
• Provide functional and technical support to finance users.
• Work with Finance and IT teams to drive process improvements.

Required qualifications to be successful in this role:

• Ideally 3+ years of experience in system administration (Hyperion Planning or other EPM tools).
• Strong analytical skills and understanding of financial processes.
• Ability to explain technical concepts to non technical users.
Nice to Haves
• Background in accounting or finance.
• Experience with Essbase, Smart View automation
• Bilingual (English/French)

CGI is providing a reasonable estimate of the pay range for this role. The determination of this range includes factors such as skill set level, geographic market, experience and training, and licenses and certifications. Compensation decisions depend on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $60,000–$115,000. This role is an existing vacancy.

Bilingualism (French and English) is required for this position due to the nature of the role requiring interaction with national and global clients.
