Functional Analyst

Position Description
For our Telco team we are looking for seasoned Functional Analyst. The projects are focused on integration and development of solutions for large telco players in Czech Republic and Slovakia. Sounds good? read on!

Your future duties and responsibilities
• Facilitate information flow between subject matter experts and development teams
• Collect, process, validate and document business requirements
• Transform business requirements into functional requirements
• Identify and resolve conflicting requirements
• Formulate and create functional specifications
• Create and modify business-facing documentation, e.g. user manuals, functional summaries.
• Work with application developers to resolve functional issues
• Support testing on behalf of users, operations and testing teams, potentially including test planning, preparation and execution

Required qualifications to be successful in this role
• Experience with functional analysis within an Information Technology, Telco environment is of advantage
• Experience of working within a full project life cycle from initiation to implementation
• Data analytical skills
• Exposure to a range of technologies e.g. Java, SQL, PHP, …
• Solid communication skills in English
