Position Description:

Engenheiro experiente focado em implementação de funcionalidades tanto
no frontend (React) como no backend (NestJS), seguindo a arquitetura definida.

Your future duties and responsibilities:

Competências obrigatórias
꼡 Backend (core)
 Experiência sólida em NestJS (Node.js + TypeScript).
 Desenvolvimento de APIs REST/GraphQL.
 Integração com PostgreSQL (via Prisma).
 Experiência com mensageria (Kafka ou RabbitMQ).
 Experiência em autenticação OIDC/SAML (ex.: Keycloak).
 Boas práticas de testes unitários e integração (Jest, Supertest).
꼡 Frontend (core)
 Forte experiência em React + TypeScript.
 Conhecimento em state management (React Query/Zustand/Redux).
 Experiência com UI frameworks (Tailwind, Mantine, Material UI).
 Integração de APIs REST/GraphQL no frontend.
 Conhecimento de bpmn-js (mesmo que inicial) ou abertura para aprender
rapidamente.
꼡 DevOps (secundário)
 Capacidade de trabalhar com Docker e rodar o ambiente local.
 Conhecimentos básicos de CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions/GitLab CI).
 Noções de Kubernetes e Helm (para seguir instruções do Tech Lead).

Required qualifications to be successful in this role:

Competências diferenciais (nice-to-have)
 Experiência prévia em projetos de Workflow / BPMN.
 Conhecimentos de WebSockets / Realtime APIs.
 Experiência em observabilidade (Prometheus, Grafana, Jaeger).
 Noções de segurança em aplicações web (OWASP Top 10).
Soft Skills
 Orientação para entrega: foco em cumprir objetivos de sprint.
 Trabalho em equipe: colabora de perto com o Tech Lead e outros membros.
 Autonomia: capacidade de desenvolver features ponta a ponta.
 Boa comunicação técnica: facilidade em discutir soluções, levantar riscos e
sugerir melhorias.
