Your future duties and responsibilities:
• Analyze multi-cloud usage patterns and spending trends. This includes close collaboration with teams to ensure best practices are shared and adopted.
• Design cost dashboards and reporting solutions. This includes close collaboration with teams to ensure best practices are shared and adopted.
• Establish tagging standards, budget alerts, and governance policies. This includes close collaboration with teams to ensure best practices are shared and adopted.
• Educate teams on financial accountability in cloud environments. This includes close collaboration with teams to ensure best practices are shared and adopted.
• Collaborate with architecture, DevOps, and finance teams to drive efficiency. This includes close collaboration with teams to ensure best practices are shared and adopted.
Required qualifications to be successful in this role:
• 3+ years in FinOps, cloud cost optimization, or cloud financial management. A commitment to continuous improvement and a drive to stay at the forefront of industry trends is essential.
• Experience with AWS Cost Explorer, Azure Cost Management, or GCP Billing. A commitment to continuous improvement and a drive to stay at the forefront of industry trends is essential.
• Familiarity with tools like CloudHealth, CloudCheckr, or native dashboards. A commitment to continuous improvement and a drive to stay at the forefront of industry trends is essential.

• Strong analytical, visualization, and stakeholder communication skills. A commitment to continuous improvement and a drive to stay at the forefront of industry trends is essential.
Proficiency with the following or similar technologies is required or strongly preferred:
• Cloud cost management and billing analysis tools (e.g., Cost Explorer, Azure Cost Management, Apptio, Flexera, Tangoe)
• Cloud optimization and governance platforms (e.g., CloudHealth, CloudCheckr)
• Visualization and dashboarding tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau)
• Scripting and automation for financial operations (e.g., Python, SQL)
• Proficiency in Excel and BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) for financial analysis.
• Understanding of chargeback/showback models and enterprise billing management.
• Experience supporting business cases for cloud migrations or optimizations.
• Hands-on with scripting languages (Python, SQL) for cost reporting automation.
Bilingualism (French and English) is required for this position due to the nature of the role requiring interaction with national and global clients.
