Education Qualification: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field or higher with minimum 3 years of relevant experience.

Job Description :

The Senior Developer will design, build, and maintain web applications using Drupal (7), PHP, and Symfony, delivering performant, secure, and scalable solutions in an enterprise Agile environment. The role spans front-end development with HTML5/CSS3 and modern JavaScript/TypeScript, integration with eCommerce and analytics systems, and collaboration across cross-functional teams to uphold testing and accessibility standards. You’ll contribute to CI/CD, troubleshoot production issues, and support cloud-based deployments (AWS/Azure), ensuring stable, high-quality releases in a fast-paced setting.

Responsibilities
• Implement features and enhancements in Drupal 7, PHP, and Symfony; contribute to module/theme development and API integrations.
• Build responsive, accessible UIs using HTML5, CSS3, and JS/TS; apply Bootstrap/jQuery/Vue/Angular where needed.
• Write and maintain tests (unit/integration/UI), follow enterprise testing practices, and support shift-left quality.
• Support eCommerce journeys (catalog, basket, checkout, payments) and integrations with supply chain/third-party services.
• Optimize performance and Core Web Vitals, apply SEO best practices, and integrate Google Analytics/tagging.
• Work with MySQL/SQL for data access; contribute to CI/CD pipelines and containerized deployments (Docker, Terraform basics).
• Participate in Agile ceremonies, refine stories, estimate work, and collaborate closely with QA/DevOps/Product.

Must Have Skills:
• Drupal 7, Symfony: PHP Frameworks
• Front-end development experience across multiple projects or engagements
• PHP development experience
• Understanding of HTML 5 and CSS 3 standards
• Agile delivery experience in an enterprise development context
• Understanding of enterprise testing practices
• Experience of working in a fast-changing environment (e.g. Retail, Trading Floor)

Good to have:
• Experience of Javascript and Typescript development
• Experience of working towards Accessibility standards
• Experience of working with MySQL or any other SQL database server
• Any eCommerce experience (Customers, products, orders & payments)
• Integration with Analytics and Optimisation Frameworks such as Google Analytics.
• Core Web Vitals SEO experience
• Terraform/AWS/Docker development experience
