Position Description:

The DORA Officer is responsible for ensuring full compliance with the Digital Operational Resilience Act (DORA) and relevant Polish regulatory requirements. The role includes oversight of ICT third-party risk, incident reporting, SLA monitoring, regulatory submissions, and acting as the primary point of contact with the Polish Financial Supervision Authority (KNF).

The role requires working from the office 5 days per week, with remote work possible only on an occasional basis. A hybrid work arrangement may be considered at a later stage.

Your future duties and responsibilities:

• Analyzing DORA, RTS/ITS, including continuous monitoring of legal developments.
• Assessing DORA implementation and identifying potential gaps and regulatory risks.
• Drafting and updating internal documentation, including policies and procedures.
• Translating regulatory requirements into practical operational solutions and internal frameworks.
• Cooperating with IT and cybersecurity teams during implementation of regulatory requirements.
• Reviewing technical procedures for compliance with regulatory expectations, particularly in testing, backup, BCP/DR, and IT outsourcing.
• Supporting DORA-related reporting and preparing the organization for audits and supervisory inspections.
• Developing remediation recommendations and supporting their execution.

Required qualifications to be successful in this role:

• Experience working with DORA.
• Ability to draft and update policies, procedures, and internal regulations.
• Knowledge of cybersecurity, ICT risk, and IT outsourcing.
• Strong analytical skills in working with legal acts and operational documentation.
• Ability to collaborate with IT, security, audit, and compliance teams.
• High level of autonomy and accountability.
