Education Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field or higher with minimum 2+ years of relevant experience.

Position Description:
We are looking for a skilled ThoughtSpot Developer / Support Engineer with strong expertise in analytics platforms, AWS, REST APIs, and SQL. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in both development and L2 application support, working on data platforms and ensuring seamless analytics operations. This role involves troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and supporting business-critical data applications in a fast-paced environment.

Your future duties and responsibilities:

Develop and support ThoughtSpot-based analytics and BI solutions.
Work with AWS services, REST APIs, and enterprise data platforms (EDP).
Perform L2 application support, including monitoring, troubleshooting, and issue resolution.
Analyze and resolve data and application issues using strong SQL skills.
Perform root cause analysis (RCA) for recurring issues and implement permanent fixes.
Work on database updates, data validation, and scripting tasks.
Support Informatica workflows and scheduling tools as part of data operations.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth application performance.
Participate in shift-based support, including weekends as required.

Required qualifications to be successful in this role:

Must-Have Skills:
Hands-on experience with ThoughtSpot (Analytics/BI platform).
Strong experience with AWS services.
Experience working with REST APIs and integrations.
Strong SQL skills for data analysis and troubleshooting.
Experience in application support (L2 environment).
Knowledge of data platforms, databases, and scripting.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Good-to-Have Skills:
Experience with Informatica and scheduling tools.
Exposure to Healthcare Insurance domain.
Knowledge of data warehousing and ETL processes.
Good communication and stakeholder coordination skills.
