Position Description
Join the CGI Federal team! CGI Federal is looking for a Business Analyst to support operations at our Albany, GA location. The Deputy is responsible gathering customer business needs and delivering effecting solution while maintaining CGI core values and following industry standards such as PMBOK PMI Global Standards, Lean Six Sigma, and Agile development. Your future duties and responsibilities
Develop strategies and modeling for process improvments.
Provide general consulting, problem assessment, analysis, proposed solutions, and development of processes, tools, and strategies geared toward LIS and logistics business process improvements.
Evaluate existing system and/or user needs to analyze, design, recommend, and implement system changes.
Analyze processes with an understanding of logistics problems and propose solutions as they relate to the current and future business environment.
Perform functional and IT gap analysis of current processes and provide recommendations on improvement. Required qualifications to be successful in this role
A minimum of 3 years directly related experience and Bachelor’s degree.
Strong Microsoft Product skills, Project, Word, Excel, OneNote, SharePoint, Visio
Strong problem solving and resolution skills.
Excellent oral, written and documentation skills
Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills are critical
Initiative and ability to work with minimal guidance

Possession of a US government Secret security clearance is required to begin employment.
Due to the nature of the government contract requirements and/or clearance requirements, US citizenship is required.

Lean Six Sigma Training
Knowledge of MARCORLOGCOM LCC business processes
