Position Description
CGI Philippines (one of the largest IT company in the world) is hiring for CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE (80 FTEs, for a US Telco account) to be based in ORTIGAS!

Successful candidates will be responsible for being the first point of contact for clients, receiving inbound calls, and resolving tickets and inquiries, with a focus on delivering excellent customer service.

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree, high school, or vocational diploma holder.
• Experience in contact center (customer service background is an advantage) .
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Excellent English and interpersonal communication skills.
• Amenable to work on a shifting schedule in Ortigas.
