Position Description:

We are looking for a person who will support the execution of projects and operational processes related to the ERP system. The role combines project coordination, process administration, and support for business teams in areas such as order processing, billing, and reporting. The ideal candidate is well-organized, detail-oriented, proficient in tools like Jira and Excel, and communicates fluently in both English and Polish

Your future duties and responsibilities:

Coordinate ERP-related project tasks and ensure smooth information flow between teams
Manage and track tasks and their status using Jira
Prepare, update, and analyze reports in Excel
Handle job quoting, billing, and invoicing processes
Provide administrative support and maintain up-to-date project documentation
Manage order processing and monitor timely execution
Provide operational and service support to internal teams and clients
Collaborate with Project Managers to monitor costs, workloads, and open tasks
Verify and prepare project documentation (acceptance protocols, contracts, reports)
Contribute to the development of tools supporting project management

Required qualifications to be successful in this role:

Very good knowledge of Jira
Advanced proficiency in Excel
Experience in job quoting, billing, and financial reconciliation
Strong administrative skills and experience in order processing
Knowledge of billing and invoicing processes
Experience in a project-based environment (preferably IT or ERP projects)
Strong organizational skills, accuracy, and attention to detail
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Fluency in both English and Polish (minimum B2 level)
Willingness to work in a hybrid model
