Contracts Administrator

Position Description
In this position, you will serve as a Contract Administrator in Corporate Contracts supporting GSA Schedules, GWACs and select corporate-wide ID/IQ vehicles. The candidate will be a key member of team that is concerned with oversight and ensuring compliance standards are met on CGI's IDIQ Contracts portfolio while growing these areas and minimizing risk. The candidate will perform a variety of tasks in support of deliverables and requirements.Candidate will also be responsible for corporate reporting compliance in support of the GWACS/Schedules programs.

Your future duties and responsibilities
• Serving as a point of contact with the host agency as well as internal departments concerning specific questions, issues, and data calls related to the GSA Schedules and GWACs.
• Working with contracts department staff to ensure compliance of GSA Schedules and GWAC terms and conditions.
• Providing technical and management support to meet contractual reporting requirements in a timely manner (e.g. IFF, CAV, Subcontracting, etc).
• Tracking, reporting, and monitoring of task order awards and subsequent modifications for required reporting and contract compliance.
• Working with internal customers (PMs, Program Control/Finance, Accounts Payable, etc.) to track contract modification and changes to funded and invoiced amounts.
• Collaborating with Contracts, Finance and business teams to communicate information regarding all contract changes and other relevant data and for resolution of contract issues and disputes.
• Assisting in managing and administering contracts to include preparation of modifications to the GSA Schedules and GWACs as well as assist with GSA Schedules renewals.
• Providing task order proposal support related to the GSA Schedules/GWAC terms and conditions
o Assisting with proposal strategy options
o Identifying potential risk factors and recommend mitigation options
o Reviewing and approval of pricing and other proposal areas to ensure compliance with contract terms and conditions
• Working collaboratively with audit and compliance to ensure adequate internal controls are present to ensure compliance.
• Seeking to improve reporting function utilizing management information systems and associated tools.
• Assisting in audits, reviews, and other special projects as required.

Required qualifications to be successful in this role
Bachelor's Degree
3-5 years of Contracts Experience
Excellent oral and written communication skills as well as customer service skills
Ability to work independently and juggle multiple tasks in a fast paced environment
Experience with different types of contracts and contract types, e.g. NDAs, Subcontracts, FFP, T&M)
Comfortable with accounting fundamentals as well as project controls
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) with emphasis on advanced Excel skills
Enthusiastic about building business relationships (internally and externally)

Desired
• Familiarity with FAR, IDIQ/GWACs and commercial terms and conditions and compliance requirements.
• Demonstrated ability to perform analysis, use discretion and make sound decisions
• Ability to demonstrate initiative, accountability and leadership a plus.
• Strategic and analytical thinking a plus.
• Good negotiation skills
