Capability Bus Analyst for Salesforce Services (Bridge Field Services)

Position Description:

The Capability Business Analyst will support the bFS (Bridge Field Services) Salesforce platform and its capability roadmap by analysing business requirements and translating them into functional specifications.

The role will act as a bridge between business stakeholders, capability owners, product teams, and deployment teams to ensure digital solutions support operational efficiency and consistent global adoption across countries.

Your future duties and responsibilities:

Gather, analyse, and document business requirements across service operations such as work orders, contracts, scheduling, logistics, and finance integrations.
Translate requirements into functional specifications, user stories, acceptance criteria, and process flows.
Act as a Subject Matter Expert for bFS–SAP process flows including work orders, billing, contracts, and finance integration.
Support impact analysis for SAP integrations and downstream systems.
Collaborate with SAP functional teams, architects, and integration specialists.
Support capability backlog prioritization and governance activities.
Facilitate Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning and backlog refinement.
Work with global deployment teams and stakeholders to validate requirements and solutions.
Map and optimise end-to-end service processes including scheduling, contract management, and service execution.
Support deployment activities, training materials, and post-deployment improvements.

Must Have Skills

Strong experience as a Business Analyst in digital transformation or enterprise programs
Hands-on experience with Salesforce Field Service / bFS platform
Strong SAP ERP functional knowledge (service contracts, billing, logistics, finance)
Experience in ERP integrations with Salesforce
Knowledge of API, middleware, and system integrations
Experience in writing BRDs, functional specifications, and user stories
Strong business process analysis and process mapping skills
Experience working in Agile environments (Scrum / SAFe)

Good to Have Skills

Experience with Oracle CPQ
Knowledge of service lifecycle processes (work orders, scheduling, service contracts)
Experience in global transformation programs
Experience with Jira backlog and capability management
Knowledge of BPMN process mapping

Strong collaboration across product, deployment, architecture, and operations teams
Fluent in English
