Business Support Analyst

Your future duties and responsibilities
• Manage enrolment, maintenance and revocation of participants in line with agreed process and service level agreements
• Delivery of service that meets SLA and delights the customer
• Supporting the achievement of productivity improvements
• Contribution to service transformation and business growth
• Participation in the design and set-up of new / enhanced services and successful on-boarding of new participants
• Interfaces with Participants to respond to queries, issues, (technical and business) resolve any complaints and / or errors disputes.
• Supports new business opportunity identification and service implementation including the building of effective relationships and timely on-boarding of new customer
Required qualifications to be successful in this role
• Relevant experience of IT, service delivery, or contact centre, coupled with projects and client interaction.
• Demonstrable experience in a customer facing role in a highly regulated environment
• First class communication skills
• Ability to multitask and manage a diverse workload
