BPS Service Operator
We are hiring a Customer Service Representative to join our team in Belton, TX!
You will work as a Carrier Intervention Agent providing assistance to our client and will serve in an entry level position investigating tickets related to service delivery. Team members work with Access Providers and internal resources to determine road blocks preventing service delivery, take action to move orders back into the proper work flow, follow service orders from order confirmation to test and turn-up by telco technicians. You will at times have to communicate with Access Providers via phone and or email. Other duties may be assigned as necessary.

Your future duties and responsibilities
• Thorough investigation of daily assigned tickets.
• Follow all pertinent policies and procedures.
• Ability to function positively in a technological and team-based environment.
• Maintain production standards.
• Protect all aspects of the client's information and business and maintain confidentiality of client and customer interactions consistent with program privacy and confidentiality rules.
• Must maintain a positive image to the client and all related entities and focus all actions toward providing excellent client service and satisfaction.
• Must be able to provide general customer service skills, communicate professionally, and maintain professional etiquette.
Required qualifications to be successful in this role
• High School Diploma
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work in a team environment
• Ability to pass a background check
DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS/NON-ESSENTIAL SKILLS REQUIRED
• Customer Service experience
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office programs
• Ability to type at least 30 WPM
