CGI are looking for an experienced BMC Atrium Orchestrator Support Analyst to join a dynamic support team committed to implementing quality and innovative solutions. The BMC Atrium Orchestrator application is a key component of a Service Management solution using BMC Remedy ITSM. The solution contains several system to system integrations and automation workflows.

Your future duties and responsibilities
The BMC Atrium Orchestrator Support Analyst will be responsible for supporting and enhancing system to system integrations and automate business processes to improve operational efficiencies in a complex Service similar to Telecoms . You will be expected to work with the client’s stakeholders to support solutions that meet the users requirements.

Your responsibilities will include troubleshooting and resolving incidents and defects, providing support for various environments including development and production. You will have demonstrable experience in producing recommendations for complex resolution of issues, investigating problem tickets and performing environment maintenance, deploying releases and supporting patching etc. You will also be required to provide on call support as part of a rota.

Required qualifications to be successful in this role
In order to be able to deliver in your role, you will be expected to demonstrate hands-on experience with Atrium Orchestrator and Remedy v9x. You will be knowledgeable on interface configuration and development of System to System integrations. Experience of working in a highly regulated environment with robust governance and controls.
Strong knowledge of Web Service development is required, along with attention to detail and the ability to produce detailed design specifications

Due to the nature of the work this role will require the successful candidate to hold UK security clearance to SC level. If you do not already hold this level of clearance you must be eligible for, and willing to undergo, SC checks as appropriate.
