Associate Systems Engineer _ Service Desk

Position Description
Assists associates in examining call center trends, including call volumes, call patterns, staff productivity, attrition rates, and resource allocation. Assists in monitoring call volume of inbound call traffic. Assists in creating reports that will be used for capacity planning in the call center. Your future duties and responsibilities
• Gather requirements and provide first level technical assistance.
• Documentation on the ticket logging tool.
• Be readily available to answer the phone calls/E-mails/Chat to our customers in a professional and efficient manner.
• Log calls via the appropriate call logging system and provide a high level of technical fix. For example: Change Passwords and unlock accounts for internal and external customers where possible to provide first line printer support for the server infrastructure.
• Providing a positive image of the company through your role as the first point of contact with customers
• To ensure that all is work carried out in accordance with ITIL Incident Management guidelines.
• Add value to your team environment by being enthusiastic and maintaining a Positive attitude.
• Ensure calls returned to DESK are reassigned without delay. Required qualifications to be successful in this role
Primary Skill: Service Desk
Secondary Skill: Call Support
Experiences:
• Complete courtesy call backs to the customer where required.
• Good Communications skills.
• Ability to learn and understand technical and business requirements
• Comfortable in working with geographically distributed teams spread across multiple time zones
• Willing to accept/take responsibility for issues
