Position Description

Your future duties and responsibilities
The IBMi - AS/400 Progammer Analyst you will be part of a technical team supporting business operations in an ERP-Distribution environment working closely with internal business partners to support, write, modify and test coding / scripting.

Job Responsibilities:
• CLP, RPG and Cobol programming knowledge
• Knowledgeable of AS/400 commands
• Distribution knowledge an asset
• GUI Developer skills such as Java, JQuery etc
• AS/400 Query knowledge
• Strong oral and written communication skills
• Experience in troubleshooting problems, job monitoring, debugging and error correction. AS400 / i-Series

Education:
•Bachelor's degree in computer science, computer engineering, computer information systems, an engineering discipline, or a related field

Required qualifications to be successful in this role
Qualifications:
•Expert knowledge of IBMi AS/400 programming language
•Expert knowledge of design patterns and best practices

Jr. to Intermediate Programmer Analyst with IBMi AS400 / i-Series experience. As a Programmer Analyst, you will be part of a technical team supporting business operations in an ERP-Distribution environment working closely with internal business partners to support, write, modify and test coding / scripting.
