BNP Paribas is recruiting for its European Finance Operations Center in Lisbon, part of the Group Finance function. Group Finance is responsible for compiling and processing accounting and financial information in order to ensure its publication and to provide Executive Management with the necessary information for the entire Group's financial management.

Within GFS, the Finance Solutions and Services is responsible for evolutions and maintenance of Group financial systems.

Control Tools, Topaze and Business support team is in charge of administration and support for selected Financial Control Tools for which we are recruiting an Accounting Control Tools Analyst

ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

As Accounting Control Tools Analyst, your responsibilities are to control and support activities of Production Monitoring, and also contribute to the definition and monitoring of KPI's of the Application Support teams:

Main activities are:

Account for the accurate operating of batch treatments monitored through an automate connected with the Accounting teams closing calendar

·
Ensure a smooth communication with users belonging to Production teams or Development teams in charge with the defects analysis and their correction

·
Provide a follow-up on production support, incident management, and prepare reporting to the management

·
Implement relevant KPIs (Key Performance Indicator) and monitor them daily, weekly, monthly or quarterly for the related Governance

·
Review and update periodically related documentation

·
Handle activities related to Production Monitoring:

·
Follow-up on production support, incident management, and prepare incident dashboards

·
Ensure end user support (Back Office, Finance team, …) resolve first level of production issues

·
Control the correct sourcing and the availability of the tools (monitor flows timings, control the consistency of the data provided, verify access to the tools, inform internal clients, …)

·
Ensure the administration and the parameters tables updates of the systems

·
Contribute to the Data Quality program by applying Quality & integrity criteria to his/her perimeter/scope of responsibility

PROFILE:

·
Education: Bachelor's degree in computing / computer sciences / mathematics

·
Professional experience: at least 3 years of experience in a relevant area

·
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)

·
Knowledge of SQL or VBA is a plus

·
Teamwork, Active listening

·
Strong analytical mind, problem solving

·
Rigor & Accuracy

·
Customer orientation skills

·
Pro-active attitude with ability to work in a fast changing and demanding environment;

English (B2 Level, CECRL certificate)

·
French is a plus
