Position Description:
We are looking for an experienced AI/ML Cognitive Senior Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate should be passionate about coding and developing scalable and high-performance applications. You will work closely with our developers, designers, and other members of the team to deliver quality solutions that meet the needs of our clients.

Your future duties and responsibilities:

• Gather the user requirements by closely working with Product owner.
• Design and develop AI/ML solutions based on ML algorithms, LLMs, and Generative AI.
• Conduct experiments and run machine learning tests, train models based on requirements.
• Select appropriate datasets and data representation methods.
• Perform analysis and fine-tuning using test results.
• Solve complex problems with multi-layered datasets.
• Develop ML algorithms to analyze huge volumes of historical data.
• Mentor the juniors’ members in the team.
• Design documentation and development with a strong aptitude for learning new technologies.
• Client interaction.
• Develop interfaces and perform unit testing, compile & package the application for production release.
• Participate in Release Management and Configuration activities.
• Attending Daily scrum and follow Agile process.

Required qualifications to be successful in this role:

• 3 – 6 years’ experience of developing AI/ML solutions.
• Strong programming skills in languages such as Python, Java, Angular/React and machine learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, Keras, or PyTorch.
• Experienced to use Langchain and Vector databases to build AI applications based on LLMs from various providers including OpenAI & Google Gemini.
Ability to fine-tune different types of models, with an understanding of PEFT, LORA and model quantization.
• Should have strong knowledge on packaging the application in source control tools like GIT/Gitlab/SVN.

Good to Have:
• Knowledge of deep learning, NLP, NLG, NLU and Computer Vision
• Ability to write tailorable prompts to meet specific requirements with prompt engineering.
• Knowledge of constructing chain link components for advanced usage. Experience with chaining LLMs, agents, and utils via LangChain
• Good communication and collaborative skills - ability to effectively communicate with team members and stakeholders.
