Position Description
CGI is looking for an Agile Coach to join our team in Bloomfield, CT for a Healthcare Client of ours.

Experience with the transformation of Waterfall to Agile large scale organizations

Experience with creating Agile roadmap for the transformation of Waterfall to Agile

Advanced expertise

Advanced expertise with using Rally, Metrics etc.,

Experienced with SAFe methodology

Excellent Communication Skills

Experience with the team operating from Onsite and Offshore

Experience with creating a roadmap for large scale agile transformation from Waterfall to Agile

Experience with working Client executives and presenting Roadmap for Agile transformation Your future duties and responsibilities
• Work diligently to meet project deadlines

• Excellent communication and inter-personal skills

• Technical hands-on resource Required qualifications to be successful in this role
