ADV Performance Budget Business Analyst

Position Description
Under general guidance of a Performance Budget Lead, performs business process mapping, design, and implementation of the Performance Budgeting portion of the Advantage ERP solution.

Your future duties and responsibilities
Participate in the effort to analyze and document requirements and functional designs, and review technical designs to ensure that the solution complies with the functional requirements. This candidate will also be responsible for fostering positive relationships with our client stakeholders, internal CGI stakeholders and local/global delivery teams.

Required qualifications to be successful in this role
1) 2+ years of experience in complex software implementations including experience in requirements gathering and analysis.
2) Strong problem solving skills in a complex multi-tiered integrated environment with the ability to understand the inter-relationship between the various components.
3) Must have the ability to pick up new concepts and ideas quickly using all available resources.
4) Must be extremely detail oriented in both execution and documentation of all tasks.
5) Must have good written and verbal communication skills and be able to explain technical concepts in layman’s terms when necessary.
6) Must be able to effectively juggle multiple, often competing, priorities and clients. Solid tracking and prioritization skills a must.
7) Team-oriented focus, knowledge sharing, professional in all situations (including high stress).
8) Ability to work in non-conventional environment with virtual team spanning time zones across the country and in India.
9) General understanding of state and local budget processes
10) must live in proximity to a CGI office

Strong understanding of SaaS model solutions, ERP solutions a plus.

NONESSENTIAL SKILLS DESIRED:
1) Systems integration techniques
2) ERP Package experience – Advantage Performance Budgeting or BRASS
3) Business Intelligence software such as Business Objects
4) Custom SQLReport Writing

EDUCATION/CERTIFICATION REQUIREMENTS
A four year Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business, or other relevant field

Est. Salary Range (Colorado Only): $67,000-$90,000*
