ADV Business Intelligence Analyst

Position Description
The Advantage Program is in need of candidates who have experience designing and building reporting solutions. The ideal candidate will have 3-7 years’ experience as a report developer and strategist. The candidate will be responsible for defining, architecting and building business intelligence solutions for our Advantage clients.

Essential Skills:
Core undergraduate degree in Computer Science or related field.
Experience with business intelligence reporting tools, data warehouses, and data lakes
Experience developing business intelligence reports using Business Objects, PowerBI, SQL Server Analysis Services (SSAS), or similar reporting tools
Experience with SQL and SQL tools
Knowledge of Data Warehousing and Business Intelligence database architecture and systems development lifecycle methodology
Experience implementing or integrating reporting solution with ERP systems.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills for working with business partners and clients to gather, analyze and document software requirements.
Ability to work in fast-paced environment and deliver against deadlines
Must live in proximity to a CGI office

Other Desired Skills:
Experience in form development
Experience in extracting and converting data from legacy systems
Experience defining and developing interfaces to ERP systems
Experience with ETL tools and methodologies
Experience with Big data and AI/ML

Hardware/Software Packages:
BOBJ., PowerBI , SQL Server Analysis Services (SSAS) , or similar reporting and BI tools
ERP solution: Advantage, Oracle, PeopleSoft, SAP, Workday experience are highly desirable
Microsoft Office toolset

Est. Salary Range (Colorado Only): $95,000-$130,000*

*Disclaimer: In accordance with Colorado’s Equal Pay for Equal Work Act, effective January 1, 2021, a good faith hourly or base salary range must be posted for all positions where the work may be performed in the state of Colorado. Therefore, this good faith salary range will only apply where this described position will be performed in the state, and should not be considered the compensation range in other locations or for other positions.
