Adobe Ops SME
CGI is looking for an Adobe platform and operations subject matter expert who is experienced working with the Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) suite of tools, specifically with Adobe Analytics and Adobe Target in support of native mobile applications. The candidate will be an Adobe operations and maintenance SME responsible for supporting innovative and strategic initiatives in digital CRM, customer retention and acquisition marketing programs.
Implement, configure, and customize analytics tools to meet client business reporting needs.
Support platform administration tasks such as configuration, user access, Workspace Management etc.
Perform Adobe Analytics environment maintenance and related configuration tasks.
Provide Troubleshooting support and performance optimization.
Integrate tracking code on mobile applications (iOS and Android)
Reports Deployment, management and maintenance
Perform online and offline backups and recovery
Automation of administration tasks where applicable.
Synchronization with 3rd party authentication modules such as AD, LDAP may be required.
Digital marketing and designing web analytics experience is a must.
3-5 years of platform administration experience with Adobe Analytics product suite.
Experience with performance optimization, scalability, configuration, sizing and tuning of Adobe Analytics platforms.
Prior experience with Adobe analytics migration and implementation tasks
Proven experience in enterprise application within a J2EE environment including Java Server Pages, and related technologies
• Strong collaboration skills, able to work with many different individuals and partner effectively with different groups, driving teams to delivery
• Ability to work in Agile/Scrum environments
• Complex problem solving and critical thinking skills.
