Qualification: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field or higher with minimum 3 years of relevant experience.

Job Description:
Direct Responsibilities
• Responsible for compliance, build management and follow-up of file transfer technical links
o Perform all relevant technical requests
o Execute all pre-defined test cases
o Trouble-shooting problems and failed tests cases

• Responsible for Activity reporting
o Produce all relevant KPIs for reporting

• Clarify requirements and cover the testing of finished features
• Support and answer queries from different support teams and stakeholders

Contributing Responsibilities

• Timely report the status to the team
• Report issues to management proactively

Technical & Behavioral Competencies
In-depth knowledge on:
• File transfer Protocols (FTPS, SFTP, AS2, PESIT)
• File transfer Security (PGP, TLS, Security certificates)
• Technical project Management
• Project Management Tools (Excel, Jira)
• Unix / Linux
Basic knowledge on:
• TCP/IP Networks
• Agile methodology (Scrum/Kanban)
