Tasks :
- In charge of the market studies, definition of the range of products, commercial strategy, price definition, profit and loss and finances
- Maintain the customer portfolio and develop the sales to increase the market share, meet the margin targets and support the development of the business unit:
- Motorcycle & Out-board engines: Development
- Boats and accessories: Business to study to explore possible opportunities for the group
- Develop & Animate the network of dealers, mechanics and partners, diversify the channel of distribution and look for more business opportunities to enhance the sales
- Forecast Sales and Manage Stock to propose monthly re-orders
- Define & Implement the marketing activities, communication campaign and promotional events to support the sales
- Lead and Manage the team of four people
- Work in collaboration with the other departments to ensure the sustainability of the business: financial, tender, spare-parts departments
- Highlight the Suzuki Motorcycle&Marine Products in the New Suzuki Showroom located in Accra
- Study and Recommend action plan to structure, organize and grow the different sectors
- Provide monthly reports on activities to Management
- Respect CFAO’s group policy and comply with all procedures
Profile:
- MASTER Degree in Sales and Marketing
- Good working experience in sales and/or marketing (trainee/apprentice/first job)
- Fluent English and French
- Leadership, management
- Communication and skills to convince
- Experience in Africa will be highly appreciated, mechanical basic knowledge would be a plus
- Candidate must be PC literate with good MS Office applications
