The Digital Conversion Analyst is an exciting opportunity to learn and be a part of the retail energy space from an e-commerce perspective from the ground up. The role provides digital operational support to the marketing and sales departments with a primary focus on conversion, online customer experience, and product management & pricing. The role will also be very involved in working with technology and project implementation for a wide range of assignments. The Analyst will interact with most internal departments and several external contacts.

Requirements

·  College degree in business, economics or a related field or equivalent work experience
·  Excellent analytical skills, able to quickly understand, isolate and resolve issues
·  Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic culture
·  Excellent time management skills
·  Excellent oral and written communication skills
·  Expert in Excel
·  Proficient in PowerPoint and Word
·  Experience working with or within a Retail Electricity Provider
·  Experience in Adobe and Google Analytics

Responsibilities

·  Utilize e-commerce best practices for online sales to new and existing customers
·  Provide creative input for new digital plans and promotions
·  Support other digital teams with both partners and vendors
·  Manage and organize all Direct Energy pricing updates and new product builds. This includes communicating with multiple teams to insure the information provided is not only on time and meets the request, but is also accurate
·  Manage end-to-end order analysis, research and correction in compliance with relevant market guidelines, protocols, and state regulatory rules
·  Collaborate with other departments regarding regulatory compliance and process adherence
·  Identify workflow improvements in collaboration with the digital conversion team and other internal departments
·  Maintain and control accurate pricing presentation on all digital platforms
·  Special projects, research and ad hoc analysis as requested
