Central Test is a psychometric test publisher founded in 2002 in Paris, France. The company has experienced considerable growth in France and abroad. We are one of the leaders of personality and ability tests, which are used by organisations and universities for recruitment, internal mobility, career guidance, coaching and personal development.

Central Test’s research & development department is composed of a team of occupational psychologists, psychometricians, researchers and statisticians, devoted to the creation and revision of psychometric tests according to strict psychometric standards. Our consulting team is in charge of conducting bespoke trainings and advising our clients on different HR issues.

You will be joining our young multicultural team in London, Oval. You will be supporting your mentor on a number of external and internal organisational issues from test development and statistical analysis to client advising, solving workplace problems and creating HR initiatives and interventions to improve the quality of life.

About the internship: It is a great opportunity for an ambitious and motivated individual to join a young team and gain experience in organisational psychology. You will be contributing to a variety of tasks, including:

-Test development and revision in Spanish
-Statistical validation and analysis of these tools
-Writing and revision of technical manuals
-Client support and training on a need basis
-Interacting and supporting our international team

Desired profile

About you: No prior experience in psychometrics is required, just an eagerness to learn. You must be fluent in Spanish. Apart from that you just need to be sociable and hands-on!
