Central Test is a psychometric test publisher founded in 2002 in Paris, France. The company has experienced considerable growth in France and abroad, and has recently installed new offices in London, UK. Central Test offers a wide range of personality and ability tests used by organizations and universities for recruitment, internal mobility, career guidance, coaching and personal development.

Our customers mainly consist of HR professionals, recruiting companies, assessment centers, SMEs, schools/ universities and job sites. Our assessments are available in 12 languages in over 80 countries worldwide with 5,000 professional assessments taken on the platform every day. The team is composed of a diverse and international team with expertise in a variety of fields, namely Psychology, Human Resources, Recruitment, Management, Sales and Finance.

What the internship will look like: You will be working closely with our Sales Executive and Psychologists in our London office, Oval. You will be able to offer innovative thinking to solve problems; attend and contribute to meetings and team activities; and help drive specific projects.

Your main role will consist of identifying potential partners, distributors and new clients. You will benefit from the opportunity to manage your own clients end to end from the first contact to the deal closure with support from our Sales Executive. Other tasks involved are:

• Writing creative content to drive campaigns to increase client engagement
• Working with multiple stakeholders across different teams and countries
• Preparing presentations, case studies and newsletters
• Performing client and market analysis

Desired profile

What we are looking for:

You have a bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or a similar qualification. English is your mother tongue but having a second language is a big plus.

As a person you have outstanding interpersonal skills and thrive on networking with a variety of people. You are dynamic, organized and willing to learn. Most importantly, you are motivated and can work independently and are driven to work towards your targets.
