Publishing House Assistant / Translator

Job description

Your role : help us to develop the publishing house in Europe. You would be part of different events, mainly festivals. We would ask you to translate some documents, prepare and send books, and help us distribute and diffuse our publications all over Europe !
Of course, the intership would be paid (546 € / month).
One more thing, you will need a car. The publishing house is north of Strasbourg (35 min by car) and there is no train station there.

Desired profile

We are looking for an intern who loves to read and speaks/writes a perfect English and a very good French (if you are bilingual, it is a huge plus). Since we are situated close to the German border, if you speak German, it would be amazing. Usually, we prefer interns who are studying publishing and/or translation.
